Zero Change Fee Offer

Zero Change Fee Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. This is applicable only on direct domestic flight bookings made during the Offer Period i.e. 17th April‘2021 to 30th June’2021 for travel between 17th April, 2021 to 05th July, 2021.
2. Offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including SpiceJet Website, Mobile App, Reservations, Airport Ticketing Counter, Online Travel Agents etc.
3. To avail the waiver of change fee, booking must be modified at least 5 days prior to the flight departure date. Standard charges will be applicable for bookings changed within 5 days of the flight departure date.
4. Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and shall be payable by the customer. (A facilitation fee shall be applicable for flight change requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters).
5. Waiver of change fee shall be offered one time only. In case the flight is changed by customer for the second time then applicable change fee as per standard terms shall be charged.
6. The Zero Change Fee Offer is applicable only on bookings made under the offer fare.
7. This offer is not applicable on group bookings.

Add-Ons Offer

 Terms and conditions:

1. The offer is valid only on bookings made during Offer Period.
2. The Add-ons need to be selected by the customer in the booking flow while making a fresh booking under this offer. SpiceJet shall offer exclusive special flat price for the Add-ons as below:
   • You 1st & Preferred Seat - INR 249
   • SpiceMAX INR 799

3. This Offer, in no manner, can be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/discount/ promotion etc.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the relevant booking(s).
3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of the respective offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer/ booking.
4. For any mobile wallet related claims, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
5. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
7. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at http://www.spicejet.com shall apply.
8. Any disputes arising out of respective Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
