HOW TO BOOK SPICEFLEX

SpiceFlex fare can be chosen while booking a new flight ticket through our website www.spicejet.com, mobile app,
reservation centre, airport ticketing counter and through authorized travel agents.

When searching for your desired flight, you will find the SpiceFlex fare option on the "Flights" page. By choosing this
fare type, customers can enjoy all the benefits that SpiceFlex has to offer.

SpiceFlex fare is available up to 6 hours prior to departure for all direct flights and is not applicable for group bookings.

  1. SpiceFlex is a fare, hereinafter the fare, that can be chosen while booking your flight ticket.
  2. The fare is available up to 6 hours prior to departure for all direct flights and is not applicable for group bookings.
  3. The fare can be booked from our website www.spicejet.com, mobile app, reservation centre, airport ticketing counter and through authorized travel agents.
  4. With the SpiceFlex fare, you get the benefit of unlimited free changes within the same fare type. However, if you decide to switch to a different fare type for the changed flight, please note that the changes to the booking can only be made once and it will be free of charge.
  5. Customer will have to pay the fare difference (if any) applicable at the time of opting for free change option. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. The changes allowed under the SpiceFlex fare can be a date change and/or flight change on the originally booked sector.
  7. The change fee for the SpiceFlex fare varies based on the timing of the change request. If the change is requested for travel beyond 96 hours, there will be no change fee. However, if the change is requested for travel within 96 hours, a 50% change fee will be applicable.
  8. The selection of sandwiches can be made from the add-ons page, and the preferred seat can be chosen from the seat map page while booking the flight under the SpiceFlex fare.
  9. Limited inventory is available under the SpiceFlex fare on first-come, first-served basis.
  10. In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this fare, the company's decision in such regard shall be final and binding.
