SpiceJet repatriates 269 Indians from Amsterdam
  • Operates its maiden long-haul charter flight to Hyderabad & Bengaluru
  • Charters a wide-body A330 Neo aircraft from Hi Fly for its first-ever long-haul flight

GURUGRAM, August 2, 2020: SpiceJet, the country’s favourite airline and the largest air cargo operator, operated its maiden long-haul charter flight bringing back home 269 Indians from Amsterdam to Bengaluru and Hyderabad today.

The airline operated its first-ever long-haul charter flight from Amsterdam on a A330-900 Neo aircraft. The flight arrived in Bengaluru at 8.58 am IST and the same aircraft then proceeded to Hyderabad with the remaining passengers.

The twin-aisle A330 aircraft used by SpiceJet has a configuration of 353 economy and 18 business class seats.
