We wanted to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Goa for 4 adults and 2 kids and by mistake booked Goa to Bangalore. Ankit resolved this problem quickly without any fuss or charge.

I had lost the camera yesterday,Oct22 2009 around 2pm while I was checking in for the SpiceJet flight SG 881 bound for Delhi.
I made a frantic attempt to trace it across the airport,but could not find it.As a final try,I gave my details to Debajit before I left to Delhi
and also briefed the people who were near the aircraft about where they could possibly find the camera.Luckily, your satff was able to trace my camera and Debajit called me as soon as I landed in Delhi.
I was relieved to get this call and to know that your team got the camera, but I was even happier to hear that they should send it to me by the flight on Oct23 as I am leaving for Hong Kong on the same day and I really needed my camera.I will collect it from the SpiceJet counter in Terminal 1D at Delhi airport.
I would request you to personally thank all your ground staff in helping find my camera along with the special thanks to Debajit for taking the extra step to call me and ensure that I get my camera before I leave for abroad.

I recently travelled by Spice Jet (24th Sept - Flight no. 804 from Goa to Mumbai) & had a very pleasant experience which I thought, should be brought to your notice.Whilst going thru the luggage security check at Goa airport, I was stopped by one of your staff (Marilyn), who asked me if I needed help checking in. She promptly took my ticket to proceed towards the Spice Jet check in counter.
On noticing that I am a rather tall person (6'5"), she then enquired if I would prefer a front row/emergency, due to additional leg space.
In my opinion, that was an extremely high proactive level of customer service displayed & would thus like to appreciate the same by bringing this to your notice.
Let me put this in perspective & explain as to why I am so kicked about it...
Due to the nature of my job which requires extensive travel, I am a frequent flier with top membership tier status on both of your full service, large private competitors.Majority of my travel is on Economy.
My ask & bone of contention with one of them is always on not being allotted the emergency seats via a telecheck in, as invariably, the front row always seems to be booked well in advance.
Whilst travelling recently with another budget airline competitor, I was informed that the emergency seat was available at an additional cost during check in! Good tactic to marginally increase revenue but irrelevant to customer service.
And here on Spice Jet, I have one of your staff who not only approaches me with an offer to help check in, but also suggests that I should take the first row to ensure my comfort! - Way to go, with staff & a culture such as this, you guys will surely be in, on the long run.
Also appreciate the hot meals that are available on board.

Our family was flying from Bengalooru to Delhi on Spicejet SG 229 on 3rd Oct (16:20 hrs).
I would like to thank and appreciate the help rendered by the ground staff - i.e. tkt issue and baggage check-in crew.
We had checked in a baggage by mistake which was actually supposed to be our cabin luggage.
On explaining our situation to the spicejet staff, they were co-operative and handled the situation in a calm + composed manner.

On this occasion & day when AI pilots caused so much of avoidable trouble & harassment to the passengers (nationals) and are behaving no better than Terrorist. I thank Spicejet & its staff from the core of my heart, have always travelled by spicejet. Was forced to travel by AI due to recent Govt. of India order to Govt. servants & was about to travel for the first time. Airline closest to my heart has been spicejet, especially so as it has special package for defense persons.

I would like share a small experience with SpiceJet team, I was going to Delhi to attend
India Art Summit on 19th Aug ,The departure time of the flight was at 8,45am, and the Volvo bus which I am suppose to go to airport was blocked along with other vehicles, due to some major accident on the road between multiplex theater and Intel (near marathalli ring road) and the local people were reluctant to let the vehicles go…
So I had to take other alternative vehicle to reach airport and I was running out of time and it was already 8.35AM, and I called the spicejets Teli checkin service , but they said they don't have that service and told me I will be missing my flight because there was just 10 minutes for the flight to take off,
Just then I got a call from Mr Sajit of SpiceJet and I told him that I am already at the airport and I rushed to the spicejet counter where he took me procure my boarding pass .
My hearty thanks to Sajit for his timely act.

A lot of us think that a low cost airline would imply low cost service. The SpiceJet crew on SG-112 today proved that this correlation is absolutely wrong.
When I found myself in a pinch (cash- less, having forgotten to stop at the ATM, and hungry), Andrew and Shardul first brought me cookies, then made an exception and shared some of their crew meals with me. That's what I call feeling at home.

Apart from all other good aspects of punctuality, fares, timings, decor the main positive good about SpiceJet is a positive human attitude of the staff in Hyderabad.
