I wish to place on record the excellent services rendered by the Spicejet Team at Satwari, Jammu.

On 11-Jan-2011 when all airlines cancelled their flights our of Jammu, due to bad weather/poor visibility at Jammu, Spicejet stood out for the care they extended to the stranded guests. The entire Spicejet team responded with utmost empathy and patience to all guests. They ensured that all guests were comfortable, their booking postponed if needed, refunds processed promptly, lunch provided etc. Even unreasonable demands of guests were answered reasonably. Where other airlines left their customers to find their own way out of the predicament, Spicejet team at Jammu arranged to ferry the guests to Delhi by road, organized for a good bus to pick up the guests, provided snacks and beverages on board the bus and ensured safe departure out of Jammu. The entire team of Spicejet executives headed by the Station Manager, Mr.Deepak Koul and colleague Deepak Anand, braving the cold weather, was attending to the passengers at the bus station.

I am delighted to provide you the above details as I want to highlight- where one mostly gets to read/hear the reaction of irate and over demanding passengers blaming the airline staff for not being responsive, here is a team which has delivered service beyond their call of duty.

I just want to thank Spicejet especially its representative that whom we spoke to - Ankit Chaturvedi, who really helped us in correcting an 6+6 people return ticket within 10 minutes. We wanted to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Goa for 4 adults and 2 kids and by mistake booked Goa to Bangalore. Ankit resolved this problem quickly without any fuss or charge.
I would really like to thank Spicejet for being so customer friendly.
