Mega Monsoon Sale - Terms and Conditions:

  1. The discount is applicable on one-way retail fares only.
  2. This promo is applicable only on Direct Domestic flights.
  3. The sale is applicable on bookings made across all channels.
  4. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is not applicable on group bookings.
  5. The tickets booked under the sale are changeable and cancellable.
  6. The inventory available under the sale is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
  7. Flight schedule and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and changes.
  8. Black-out dates are applicable.

Free Flight Vouchers – Issuance Terms and Conditions:

  1. Free Flight Vouchers will be issued per PNR for bookings made under the sale fare.
  2. The Voucher(s) will be issued in the name of the travelling passenger (First Passenger in the PNR) as per the sale fare booking.
  3. The Voucher amount will be equivalent to the base fare amount, maximum up to INR 1000
  4. The Vouchers will be issued and emailed to the registered e-mail ID between 48-72 hours post the end of the sale.
  5. For the booking made under this offer by the travel agents, the free flight voucher will be sent by SpiceJet directly to the customer between 48-72 hours post the end of the sale.
  6. Travel agents must put the correct email id of the customers at the time of making their booking under this sale fare to ensure that the Free flight vouchers are delivered successfully to these customers.
  7.  Cancelled bookings will not be eligible for these Free Flight Vouchers.
  8.  In case the customer cancels the original sale fare booking, the Free Flight Voucher will be voided.
  9. In case the customer cancels the booking post utilizing the free flight voucher, the higher cancellation amount will be charged equivalent to the free flight voucher value + cancellation fee.
  10. For multiple booking made with the same e-mail address in contact details, only the first booking will be eligible for the Free Flight Voucher.
  11. SpiceJet reserves the right to void/cancel the issuance of these vouchers in case any form of misuse is identified at any given point in time.

Free Flight Vouchers - Usage Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Free Flight Vouchers must be used for making fresh bookings from 1st July till 31st July, 2021.
  2. The travel date validity of the flight bookings made using these free flight vouchers during the above booking period will be from 1st August, 2021 till 31st March, 2022.
  3. These Vouchers can be redeemed for making fresh bookings with minimum transaction amount of INR 4500.
  4. The Voucher will be applicable only on domestic direct flight bookings made on www.SpiceJet.com .
  5. Maximum One free flight voucher can be used per booking.
  6. The voucher amount will be adjusted against the base fare of the PNR only.
  7. This voucher can only be used once and any balance amount will be forfeited.
  8. The voucher is non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. In case the customer cancels the booking created using this voucher, the voucher amount will be forfeited.
  10. SpiceJet reserves the right to void/cancel the vouchers/booking made using these vouchers in case any form of misuse is identified at any given point in time.
