FlyToBieber

  1. The #FlyToBieber Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) and is open to all the citizens of India, except for the employees of SpiceJet, their immediate family members, Company’s affiliates and/or those related to the agency(ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest.
  2. The contest is open for participation on Facebook/Twitter from 1600 hours on 19/04/17 until 2359 hrs on 28.04.17, post which no entry shall be considered.
  3. To enter the contest, the participant has to do the following –
    1. Activity 1 - “Move like Bieber” Contest
      • Shop for any item from the Belieber collection at SpiceStyle.com and mention your order ID along with your contest entry. (It is not mandatory to wear the merchandise purchased from SpiceStyle.com in your video)
      • Upload your 60-90 sec dance clip on JB songs where you impersonate JB’s dance moves.
      • Post in the comment section of the contest post/Tweet using the hashtags #FlyToBieber #MoveLikeBieber
      • Share/Retweet the contest post and tag @flyspicejet
      • Lucky Winners will be gratified with all-expense paid trip to Justin Bieber’s Purpose tour concert at Dr. DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on 10th May, 2017
    2. Activity 2 - “Sing like Bieber” Contest
      • Shop for any item from the Belieber collection at spicestyle.com and mention your order ID along with your contest entry. (It is not mandatory to wear the merchandise purchased from SpiceStyle.com in your video)
      • Upload your 60-90 sec singing clip on JB songs
      • Post in the comment section of the contest post/Tweet using the hashtags #FlyToBieber #SingLikeBieber
      • Share/Retweet the contest post and tag @flyspicejet
      • Lucky Winners will be gratified with all-expense paid trip to Justin Bieber’s Purpose tour concert at Dr. DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on 10th May, 2017
    3. Activity 3 - “Look like Bieber” Contest
      • Shop for any item from the Belieber collection at spicestyle.com and mention your order ID along with your contest entry. (It is not mandatory to wear the merchandise purchased from SpiceStyle.com in your photo)
      • Upload your photographs dressed like JB
      • Post in the comment section of the contest post/Tweet using the hashtags #FlyToBieber #LookLikeBieber
      • Share/Retweet the contest post and tag@flyspicejet
      • Lucky winners will be gratified with all-expense paid trip to Justin Bieber’s Purpose tour concert at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on 10th May, 2017
  4. Orders once booked cannot be cancelled and neither can be refunded. However the order can be exchanged for another product/products of same value.
  5. Any contestant participating in any of the contests will have to share their personal information (name, SpiceStyle order ID/ phone number/ address/ email/ screenshot of entry/ Social media pages etc) along with the permission to allow SpiceJet to shoot (Still and Video) and leverage the content of the shoot for promotions in all media spaces at contest@spicejet.com
  6. The winner of the Contest will be announced on SpiceJet’s official FB/twitter handle after the contest period is closed.
  7. The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and neither can be clubbed with any other offer(s).
  8. SpiceJet reserves the right to finalize contestants through internal panel of judges which will be deemed final without any accountability to any party/organisation
  9. SpiceJet’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. SpiceJet reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and/ or irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest.
  10. No communication and/or claims regarding the Contest, its winning criteria and/or selection procedure shall be entertained.
  11. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  12. Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi, India.
  13. All other Terms of Carriage shall also be applicable, please refer to the same at www.spicejet.com
  14. Any person participating in this Contest shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
