Are these tickets really free, or do I need to pay something?
All tickets booked under this offer would have zero base fare. However, taxes, fuel charges & other external fees as applicable would be charged.
How can I avail these tickets?
Please call SpiceJet reservation at 0987 180 3333 or call toll free at 1800 180 3333 & quote your unique voucher code to the SpiceJet agent. Provide your preferred travel date(s) and the sector(s) you wish to travel & pay only for taxes, fuel charges & fees. You will be issued a PNR reference number thus making you eligible for the flight.
Can I travel to any city of my choice by using this free ticket?
Yes, you can travel to any destination of your choice within the SpiceJet network on all direct flights. For example: for your travel requirements from Delhi to Mumbai you can opt for any of the direct flights excluding the via flights.
What is the last date to avail these free tickets?
The offer is valid for travel from 1st July, 2009 to 15th September, 2009. The reservations should be made at least 10 days before the date of flight. So if you wish to travel on 15th September 2009, you should make the reservation on or before 5th September 2009.
Can I redeem these vouchers at airport reservations counter or my travel agent?
No, Redemption of vouchers is permitted only from our guest sales & reservation centre at 0987 180 3333 or 1800 180 3333.
Can this offer be clubbed with any other offer from SpiceJet?
No, this offer cannot be clubbed with any other concurrent offer from SpiceJet.
Are there any blackout dates for travel under this offer?
No, there are no black out dates under this offer. But the confirmation of ticket will be subject to seat availability on the requested flight
