Unaccompanied Minor

Important information for passengers under the age of 18 travelling to the UAE.

    • All travellers under the age of 18 must bring a copy of their parents' passports as well as a form that their parents must fill out with pertinent information about their home address or U.A.E. address and who would be receiving them there.
    • Even if the minor or kid is travelling with another family member, a letter of consent from the parents or guardians is necessary along with a copy of the parents' or guardians' passport.
    • If immigration detects illicit behaviour and the information presented is insufficient to resolve that, the minor would be deported. In that situation, the standard INAD process would be applied, and fines would follow.

The above-stated protocol only applies to unaccompanied minors arriving in the UAE.
