SpiceJet's CAB Services



  • SpiceJet is offering an online platform to its customers to request/book cab/taxi services along with their flight bookings, in association with a cab aggregator i.e. My Taxi India (the “MTI”).
  • The cab/taxi services can be requested/booked prior to 24 hours from actual flight departure time only. Please note that the limitation of accommodation per vehicle is a maximum of 3 passengers only.
  • Passenger can avail the option of “Outstation Taxi” within 300 km from the drop/pickup location and “Full day taxi”, for 4 hours (i.e. for 40 km) or 8 hours (i.e. for 80 km).
  • There are no additional fees applicable for passengers travelling as “Infants”.

  • SpiceJet is only a facilitator between the passenger and MTI, and there shall be no liability of SpiceJet in respect to any act/omission/negligence of MTI in connection with a passenger procuring any services under this arrangement from My Taxi India.
  • Customer’s grievances/complaints to be handled by MTI only and for the same SpiceJet shall not be liable.
  • In case the passenger has any complaints/grievances for the services booked, then they can reach out to MTI on 0124- 6263626 or email to Support@mytaxiindia.com.
  • In no event SpiceJet shall be held liable for (including but not limited to) any cost, refund, direct, indirect loss, damage due to missed flight or related to anything arising out of or incidental thereto due to the use of the taxi services from MTI.
  • SpiceJet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of Cab/taxi services and/or withdraw the same anytime without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason.
  • SpiceJet neither guarantees nor make any representation with respect to the cab/taxi services, provided by MTI.
  • Any person availing this cab/taxi services shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
